Wrong Item Return & Replacement Policy

At Royal Card Shop, we want to make sure every order arrives correctly and in perfect condition. If you receive the wrong item, we are happy to replace it.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within [7/14] days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item received

  • A brief description of the issue

Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the original item back at no cost to you.

Return Requirement

The original incorrect item must be returned before a replacement item is shipped. Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Packed in the original packaging whenever possible

  • Shipped using the provided return label

Replacement Shipping

After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will ship the correct replacement item at no additional charge.

Non-Returnable Situations

We may refuse replacements or refunds if:

  • The wrong item is not returned

  • The item has been used, damaged, or altered

  • The claim is made outside the stated return period

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
